I'm Ben Arnold and I lead Accounting & Finance for Emerson’s Appleton Group business unit. As a North America Operations Controller, you'll be part of our North America accounting/finance team, working with operational leadership to prioritize and align operational initiatives to support the achievement of Appleton’s objectives.
This opportunity is based in Appleton Group’s Global HQ in Rosemont, IL with the flexibility to work remotely up to one day a week.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $100, 000 - $150, 000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
