Global SAP Delivery Managerfor IT and Business transformation projects enabled by SAP. Manage project delivery for global clients & overseeing teams across multiple deployments. Plan, monitor, andoptimizeworkloads, productivity goals, and professional growth opportunities for team members. Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Finance matters, collaborating with business units, IT, and external partners to ensure effective solution delivery. Organize andfacilitateleadership meetings with client business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions.Serve as the SME for SAP Finance and Cost Controlling (FI/CO), providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions. Architect and deliver custom solutions for unique industry requirements, such as batch-wise cost capture and accelerated business process reconciliation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring delivery of measurable business value and customer satisfaction. Publish and communicate KPIs and project status to internal and external stakeholders. A strong candidate will have the following skills:

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP Finance.
- Proven experience in the heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in SAP Finance and Cost Controlling (FI/CO), modules.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
