About the Role
Join Clean Harbors as a Facility Technician I, where you'll be part of a hands-on team supporting daily environmental operations that help protect communities and the planet. This role involves working with hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials in a fast-paced industrial setting.

As a Facility Technician, you'll operate equipment such as forklifts, manage drum and tank operations, and ensure all tasks comply with safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle drum movement, opening, and dumping

Load/unload tank farm trucks in compliance with DOT segregation rules

Operate filter presses and manage inventory in warehouse areas

Complete and submit accurate waste tracking paperwork

Maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures and site permits

Operate forklifts and perform safety checks before use

Keep work environment clean and orderly

Strive to meet or exceed productivity and safety goals

Follow site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training requirements
