Position Summary:
The Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that integrate hardware, software, and network systems into a cohesive architecture. This role ensures that different technologies and platforms function together seamlessly to meet business and technical requirements. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Automatic System Monitoring: Develop and maintain automated monitoring solutions to ensure system health, performance, and uptime.
• Custom-Hardware Datapoint Monitoring: Design integrations that capture, process, and analyze data from custom hardware devices and sensors.
• Data Compilation Automation: Automate data collection, aggregation, and transformation processes to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Reports & Visualization: Build clear, actionable reports and visual dashboards that translate complex data into operational insights.
• System-to-System Interaction: Develop and maintain interfaces between disparate systems to enable seamless communication and data exchange.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies and design automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Data Visualization: Implement visualization tools and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Programming/scripting knowledge in Python and Visual Basic (VBA).
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Experience developing and supporting system integrations using APIs
• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
Preferred Education:
• BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
Compensation/Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from a low of $78, 280 to a maximum of $117, 420, with offers typically between the low and middle of the range, based on education, skills, experience and internal equity among other factors. This role is also eligible to participate in the company annual discretionary bonus plan based on company and individual performance. Work Environment:
• Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.
• Work conditions are typical of an office & plant environment.
• This role does not require any domestic travel
• Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds
• Position may require frequent and/or infrequent of bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
• Position may require the physical ability to stand/walk for Less than 4 hours.
