Position Summary:

This position serves as the product owner of CorpTax and provides financial administrative support for SAP S4 Hana. Ideal candidates will show the ability to blend system administration with tax/accounting knowledge, focusing on transactional and reporting efficiencies. As product owner of CorpTax, the position will help drive vision and strategy, support updates and changes, and ensure effective usage. Additionally, S4 Hana support includes certain master data maintenance, accurate data interfaces and internal control support.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports.

• Position reports to the Director - Global Financial Systems

CorpTax product owner

• Partner with the internal Tax group on product usage vision and strategy

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including internal and external users, external CorpTax support, and business leaders

• Make informed decisions on product features and updates; act as internal change leader, partnering with external CorpTax support on updates and changes when required

• Accountable for the efficient usage of CorpTax, providing training and support to internal users as needed; troubleshoot system issues

• Administer user access and permissions

• Support data integration between CorpTax and accounting ERPs and OneStream Consolidation platform

SAP S4 Hana administrative support

• Support financial master data updates including chart of accounts changes and cost center maintenance

• Partner with OneStream administration team to ensure accurate and timely monthly interface from S4 Hana to OneStream

• Work with S4 Hana security team to ensure finance roles appropriately meet segregation of duties requirements

• Support data extracts for internal control reviews

• This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.

• Working knowledge of CorpTax and SAP software, including underlying modules.

• Strong excel skills, including data manipulation and modeling.

• Working knowledge of US Federal and State Income tax, ASC 740 provisions and US GAAP.

• Ability to map data between financial and tax software.

• Ability to manage system upgrades and process improvements.

• Ability to partner with cross-functional peers and other key stakeholders while successfully driving change management.

Preferred Education:

• BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.

• Concentration in Information Systems of Finance, Accounting, Finance Computer Science.

Compensation/Benefits

The salary range for this role is $111, 652-$167, 478 with a midpoint of $139, 565. Offers are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on skills, experience, and internal equity. In rare cases, highly qualified candidates may receive an offer above the midpoint; however, offers at the maximum of the range are not customary. The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package. Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match, and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.

• Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.

• Work conditions are typical of an office environment.

• This role does not require any domestic travel

• Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds

• Position may require frequent and/or infrequent of bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
