The Team

We are seeking an Associate Director / Director of Talent Acquisition who will play a key role in shaping the talent strategy and execution for a large, growing business unit (BU). We are seeking an experienced and dynamic recruiting professional with strong knowledge of candidate relationships management, sourcing and employee life cycle management.

The ideal candidate will work with our cross-functional team to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent while fostering an inclusive environment for all candidates. This role will have accountability for stakeholder partnership, market intelligence, sourcing excellence, and delivery against complex, high priority hiring demands.

How you will contribute
  • Collaborate with BU leaders to develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy for experienced hires in alignment with our strategic growth objectives.
  • Assist with market research, job descriptions, and talent insights that will help the team understand the recruiting market and specialty areas.
  • Manage and drive stakeholder relationships by owning intake conversations, translating business needs into actionable recruiting plans, setting expectations on scope and timelines, and delivering against high‑priority hiring demands.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to attract passive candidates in niche skill areas.
  • Drive analytical rigor across the recruiting lifecycle. Track funnel health, address critical fails, set global interview standards and audit regional execution (including case studies), and use candidate/onboarding surveys to improve outcomes.
  • Own monthly BU TA reporting, including headcount alignment and forecasting.
  • Partner with the CPO to align global TA programs, policies, and hiring standards across GPO/SBUs.
  • Identify, develop and execute talent identification programs and activities across all experienced levels to attract and grow a diverse pipeline of talent, leveraging various sourcing techniques and partnerships with various diversity-focused organizations
  • Lead global diversity sourcing strategies with regional TA partners.
  • Partner with BU and firm expansion teams to stand up TA support for new services/countries and coordinate coverage with GPO.
  • Align global campus programs to BU standards and advise on firmwide opportunities.
  • Oversee global mobility transfers vs. headcount and ensure shared services has current headcount.
  • Coordinate BU branding across regions and GPO.
  • Own TA technology across SBU (including homegrown tools) and partner with GPO on enterprise solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, at least 3-5 years of people leadership experience, and a demonstrated track record of building and scaling talent pipelines.
  • Experience with a management consulting firm and/or financial services firm is required. Financial due diligence or corporate finance experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving diversity initiatives in recruitment, with measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, inclusive hiring, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments while remaining adaptable and resilient.
  • Confident in quickly adapting to a changing work environment and the ability to deal with ambiguous situations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills; ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.

The salary range is $135, 000 - $170, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
