Retailers 3PL Logistics Specialist - Fixed Term

This position reports to Operation Distribution and is based at Issy Les Moulineaux [France].

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

Operational:

• Management of 3PL's to agreements between Kenvue and the third party and in accordance with local laws and regulations. Plan and manage all distribution activities to meet or exceed agreed KPI's to drive customer satisfaction.
• Drive efficient incident resolution to the satisfaction of customers and key stakeholders.
• Follow up the budgets, review and approve spend.
• Drive regular business and performance reviews to help identify areas for improvement.
• Stock management between SAP and 3PL vision and gap correction, analyze of all movements and follow up the monthly destruction
• Follow, analyze the 3PL performance through KPI: OS& D, Dock to Stock, OTIF D, Perfect Receipt, on time return. In case of gap vs target implement corrective action with the 3PL and stakeholder
• As a Key Account Logistic, you will operationally follow up of the KPI: OTIF@D, VMI, promo tracker
• You will prepare the monthly performance review for the dedicated customers
• You will be the main point of contact with the internal business for mass market
• You will drive the monthly landing

Leadership:

• Lead some project to reach the yearly saving target.
• As a Key Account Logistic, you will follow on a daily basis the transactional activities of the Customer Service based in Prague and make sure that internal processes are respected

Strategic:

• Collaborate with other functions, sectors and stakeholders on future strategies to optimize distribution operations and develop logistic solutions to support future business growth.
• Openly engage with end to end partners to ensure alignment on projects and operational changes to minimize risks.
• As a Key Account Logistic, you will drive the penalty analysis

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• University degree or suitable work experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain Mgmt, Customer Service
• Fluent English speaker.
