Regional Sales Manager – Vehicle Acquisition Titling

Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (U.S.)

Vitu is the national leader in Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov)technology, powering digital titling and registration solutions across all 50 states. Our platform modernizes how dealerships, auctions, lenders, insurers, and government agencies transact — eliminating friction, paperwork, and delays at scale.

We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new revenue and grow long-term customer relationships for our Accelerated Title, National Title Exchange, and ID EVRT product lines — Solutions offered exclusively by Vitu.

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning your territory and closing new business, both virtually and in-person.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, in-dealership visits, and targeted outreach

  • Build relationships with decision-makers across dealerships, auctions, and automotive partners

  • Maintain a high-velocity sales cadence to consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets

  • Conduct compelling online and in-person product demonstrations

  • Negotiate pricing, close contracts, and drive deals to completion

  • Accurately manage pipeline activity using HubSpot

  • Partner with onboarding and support teams to ensure customer adoption and long-term success

  • Represent Vitu at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

  • Out of state travel as needed (limited but intentional)




What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for proven closers who can build trust quickly and operate independently.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a documented track record of success

  • Experience in inside sales, outside sales, or hybrid sales roles

  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals remotely

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and metrics-driven

  • Comfortable presenting technology solutions using virtual demo tool.

  • Experience selling into automotive dealerships or related industries is a plus (not required)




Compensation & Earnings

  • Base Salary: $70, 000 – $85, 000

  • Target Variable: $100, 000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170, 000 – $185, 000


Final compensation is based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Must be a team player, self-motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
  • Maintain an awareness of business-related trends in the industry
  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
