Supplemental Health Care is hiring Medical Physicists for contract assignments at partnering hospitals in Boise, Idaho.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or another natural science
• Master's Degree in Physics, Medical Physics, or a related field
• Current Medical Physicist Certification in Idaho
• BLSExperience: Minimum 1-year as a Physicist
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel

Medical Physicist Contract Details:

• $4, 482 - $4, 705 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospital
• Medical Physicists will plan radiation treatments for cancer patients
• Medical Physicists will study how radiation affects the body
• Medical Physicists may be asked to develop new safety procedures, ensure equipment is safe, effective and working properly, and research new treatment options for cancer, heart disease, or mental illness.
