- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents' health status
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and team members
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Idaho
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
