We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help patients achieve their goals while building genuine connections along the way.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support patient recovery and quality of life
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, and caregivers
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Create a positive, engaging therapy experience that helps patients stay motivated throughout their recovery

What We're Looking For

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Idaho
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduates and Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are warmly encouraged to apply—we welcome therapists who are eager to learn, grow, and build their careers with us
