What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans that support patient recovery and quality of life
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, and caregivers
- Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Create a positive, engaging therapy experience that helps patients stay motivated throughout their recovery
What We're Looking For
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Idaho
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is a plus, but not required
