We're seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team and make a lasting impact on our patients every day.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Help patients improve strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies that support independence
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and physicians
  • Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation


What We're Looking For
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is a plus, but not required
