Medication Nurse (Med Pass) - Part-Time Evenings

Karcher Post Acute is hiring a Part-Time Medication Nurse (Med Pass) to support our residents during evening hours. This role is ideal for nurses who want consistent supplemental income, a predictable schedule, and meaningful patient interaction—without the demands of a full-time position.

This is a PART-TIME position only.
Shifts are available every day of the week from 6: 00 PM - 10: 00 PM.

What You'll Do

• Accurately administer medications to residents during evening med pass
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects
• Document medication administration per facility policy
• Communicate with the care team to ensure continuity of care
• Provide calm, compassionate care during evening hours

Pay Range

• LPN: $30-$45 per hour
• RN: $38-$51 per hour

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license (required)
• Medication administration experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to work independently during evening hours
