Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Karcher Post Acute

Karcher Post Acute is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our care team. We offer $19-27 per hour depending on experience, with all shifts available. Plus, enjoy a generous $7, 500 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor resident health and document changes
  • Collaborate with the care team to create and implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
  • Support residents and their families with compassion and professionalism


Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is a plus
