Certified Nursing Assistant - Full Time

$19-$27 per hour

What You'll Do
• Provide hands-on daily care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Take and record vital signs, monitor changes, and communicate updates to nursing staff
• Assist with meals, hydration, and after-meal care while helping residents enjoy a positive dining experience
• Keep resident areas comfortable, clean, and safe
• Support safe transfers and mobility using proper techniques and approved equipment
• Build genuine connections with residents and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure resident needs are met with kindness and patience
• Observe and report skin changes, injuries, or unusual behaviors
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and room transfers
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all safety and care procedures

What You Bring
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and enthusiastic team mindset
• CPR preferred

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and support resident mobility
• Regular standing, walking, and engaging with residents throughout the shift
