Job Description:
Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and on-site staff
Supervise, coach, and delegate tasks to team members to ensure productivity and exceptional service delivery
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance service offerings
Communicate effectively with clients regarding services, turnaround times, and expectations
Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop on-site personnel
Manage staff scheduling to ensure full coverage while minimizing overtime
Track productivity metrics and assist with preparing monthly reports for leadership and clients
Provide equipment and technical support, including A/V assistance, inventory management, and coordination with IT
Mail Services: Metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages in accordance with established schedules
Floor Coordination: Maintaining copy rooms, stocking supplies, delivering paper, and performing basic daily upkeep
Copy/Print Services: Accurately producing print, copy, and scan jobs based on written instructions
Reception: Answering and routing calls, greeting and announcing visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Hospitality Services: Coordinating conference rooms, maintaining kitchens and common areas, managing inventory, and ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and client-ready
Facilities Services: Supporting office moves, hanging items, coordinating cleaning services, and communicating facility-related needs with client contacts
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
Previous supervisory experience in a client service or operations-focused environment (mail/copy/print experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs. regularly
Ability to transport materials using a wheeled cart (up to 75 lbs.)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods as needed
The Compensation range for this role is up to 24.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual' s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
