Job Description:

Site Supervisor – Boise, ID (Law Firm Environment)
Shift: 7: 30 AM – 4: 30 PM; Monday - Friday

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional client service at a prestigious law firm client site in Boise. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the client and on-site team, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple operational areas.

In this leadership position, you will supervise, train, and develop a team while driving efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. You will also provide hands-on administrative and operational support across services such as mail, copy/print, reception, hospitality, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and on-site staff
  • Supervise, coach, and delegate tasks to team members to ensure productivity and exceptional service delivery
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance service offerings
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding services, turnaround times, and expectations
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop on-site personnel
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure full coverage while minimizing overtime
  • Track productivity metrics and assist with preparing monthly reports for leadership and clients
  • Provide equipment and technical support, including A/V assistance, inventory management, and coordination with IT

Service Oversight Includes

  • Mail Services: Metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages in accordance with established schedules
  • Floor Coordination: Maintaining copy rooms, stocking supplies, delivering paper, and performing basic daily upkeep
  • Copy/Print Services: Accurately producing print, copy, and scan jobs based on written instructions
  • Reception: Answering and routing calls, greeting and announcing visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Hospitality Services: Coordinating conference rooms, maintaining kitchens and common areas, managing inventory, and ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and client-ready
  • Facilities Services: Supporting office moves, hanging items, coordinating cleaning services, and communicating facility-related needs with client contacts

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience in a client service or operations-focused environment (mail/copy/print experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to transport materials using a wheeled cart (up to 75 lbs.)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods as needed

The Compensation range for this role is up to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual' s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
