This position is office-base with no remote work options.

A creative and versatile Content Creator is part of Easterseals-Goodwill’s Communications team. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong writing, design, and production skills, eager to build a career supporting a mission-driven organization. The Content Creator is responsible for developing and creating content for a wide variety of platforms, including social media, email marketing, digital signage, print materials, traditional media, advertising campaigns, website, and digital marketing initiatives. This position plays a vital role in enhancing our brand presence, supporting program awareness, driving engagement for our services, increasing Goodwill® store donations and shoppers, and effectively communicating with diverse internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Write, design, and produce engaging content for social media, email marketing campaigns, print materials, digital front-of-house and back-of-house signage, website updates, traditional and digital advertising, and more.
  • Creative Production: Conceptualize and produce original graphics, photos, and video content aligned with Easterseals-Goodwill’s brand standards.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Communications team to support multi-faceted marketing and public relations campaigns that promote programs and services, Goodwill stores, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Program and Goodwill Retail Understanding: Maintain a strong working knowledge of Easterseals-Goodwill programs, referral sources, community partners, and store operations to create informed and accurate content.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all content reflects Easterseals-Goodwill’s brand identity, mission, and values.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Suggest improvements for content effectiveness and audience engagement based on data.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

This position is based in one of Easterseals-Goodwill’s sites.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Working knowledge of the production of multi-media marketing materials.
  • Working knowledge of social marketing tactics to promote mission and brand-related initiatives.
  • Competency with video editing software.
  • Excellent web, social media, and print content writing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to travel throughout the 4-state region (MT, ID, WY, UT) to capture content at Goodwill stores and program sites.
  • Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
  • Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

Experience

  • 0-2 years
  • Experience in content development, graphic design, advertising creative, online marketing, video editing, writing, and artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Proficiency with software programs, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office to produce marketing pieces.
