Business Systems Analyst Sr

· Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business system projects.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

· Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· Develop functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.

· Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members.

· Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.

· Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex system issues.

· Support the implementation and integration of new applications or system upgrades.

· Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.

· Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business systems.

Basic Qualifications: · College Degree (Finance/Business related), 1-4 years of experience in related function. · Oracle PeopleSoft expert in Purchasing and Inventory modules

Preferred Qualifications: · Oracle PeopleSoft experience in supporting Asset Management, Project Costing, and Accounts Payable modules. · Typically, 5-7 years of experience in related function; May require professional certification.
