Boise Cascade has an exciting opening for an Application Training/Support Coordinator!

Responsibilities

The Application Training and Support Coordinator will provide timely assistance to our users with Agility, RFN and other windows-based programs; resolving issues, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities. We support over 45 distribution centers and regional offices across the United States. Training and support will be provided via phone, email, live chat, remote conferencing tools and on-site at a location. In addition to responding to incoming issues, this person will create and maintain process and training documents, find creative solutions to support business initiatives, test new releases, and manage the documentation, reporting and follow up of software malfunctions. Business travel to provide training and support at locations is required (5% - 25% annual travel). Although most work occurs during normal business hours, response to operating problems is urgent and some night and weekend work is required to meet business needs.The successful candidate will be a great communicator, have outstanding customer care focus, and excel at focusing on details, troubleshooting and follow-up. They will perform these functions while being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a user’s problem. Experience in admin and accounting tasks would be a plus.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: College degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function. Working Conditions include a normal office environment with moderate travel required (5% to 25%). Most work is done to meet installation deadlines. Response to operating problems is urgent; response often requires work outside normal business hours.

Preferred Qualifications: Prefer degree in computer science, computer information systems, business, or a related field. Typically more than three (3) years of experience in related job function preferred. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, works well in a small, self-managed work team, and possesses proficient computer and analytical skills, and effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills.
