Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our land development team. This position is responsible for key administrative, contractual, and project coordination tasks, including preparation and maintenance of proposals and scopes and maintaining accurate project records within our management system. The Project Coordinator will support project managers and land use planners by organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, preparing and tracking submittals; and coordinating with internal teams as well as local and state agencies to keep projects on schedule and moving through the review process. This position is full-time, in our Nampa, ID office, regular business hours M-F.

Primary Duties

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and engineering staff
  • Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple active projects
  • Coordinate submittals and agency interactions, including tracking review comments, resubmittals, and approvals
  • Prepare project-related applications and submittals to meet local agency requirements
  • Assist with preparation of scopes and contracts
  • Maintain accurate project records within project management systems
  • Deliver and pick up documents as needed
  • Be able to provide project-related notary services
  • Track invoice submittals and assist with accounts receivable follow-up

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with civil engineering terminology, permitting processes, or land development workflows preferred but not required

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of local permitting agencies and entitlement processes

SALARY

  • $60, 000 - $70, 000
