Cintas/Amazon Account Manager and BD

Job Duties Manage daily operations for Cintas and Amazon accounts, including customer communication, order management, and issue resolution.Lead weekly meetings with customers to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.Grow sales within the Cintas account by building relationships with field partners and conducting product training at Cintas locations.Travel to customer sites to support account growth, strengthen partnerships, and increase product awareness.Identify and develop new business opportunities with large prospective customers to drive revenue growth.Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed successfully.Maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high levels of service and support.Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time. (Weekly travel that includes 1-2 nights a week)
