Job Summary

We are hiring a Global Quality Program Manager to support and drive strategic quality initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on global quality improvement projects, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is designed to provide flexibility to support future customer programs if business needs evolve.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Global Quality Program Support:

  • Lead / support global quality initiatives that align with the company's Quality strategy.
  • Manage internal quality improvement projects and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate activities related to quality process development, documentation, and deployment.
  • Support internal readiness and performance improvement in key quality areas (e.g., FTT, escape reduction, audit readiness)
  • Lead training and engagement activities to build quality culture across the organization

Standardization:

  • Drive consistency in quality practices across regions and business units.
  • Support deployment of global quality frameworks, procedures, and tools.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and continuous improvement across the quality organization

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support quality goals.
  • Provide quality program support during new product or process introductions.
  • Support risk assessments, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective actions as need.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality, engineering, operations, or program management roles, including 5+ years in composite blade manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, APQP, 8D, FMEA)
  • Proven ability to lead or support cross-functional projects and drive measurable improvements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities in a global environment.
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.
