Description:
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - Produce cooked meat chunks of blended meats that are the proper size with a firm texture by the removing of air, creating an emulsion, cooking a thin sheet, and cutting to the desired size a batch of blended meats.
- Accomplish room start-up procedures.
- Fill product line to extruder. Fill Extruder until even product flow.
- Adjust steam tunnel to target product temperature. (CP)Adjust cutter to produce target product length. (CP)
- Record all measurement on batch sheet.
Physical Activities: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Steel toed shoes, Ear Plugs, Hair Net
Travel: N/A
Technical Experience: Experienced within a manufacturing/process environment with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Industry Experience: Background in manufacturing.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have basic math skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
