Job Description
ORBIS Corporation is hiring a Material Flex Technician in Monticello, IA. This is a full-time position.
1. Safely and effectively prep for all changeovers according to production schedule.
2. Complete paperwork including FPI/IPI, Process Variances, etc.
3. Use RF scanners/barcode printers.
4. Complete IPI part measurement.
5. Always maintain a neat and clean environment.
6. Grind rejects based upon material type.
7. Perform cleaning and preventative maintenance of grinder.
8. Clean and change vacuum filters.
9. Set up and operate material blenders.
10. Use Bin-Master system.
11. Supply presses with resin in accordance with production BOM.
12. Supply presses with colorant and other additives according to production BOM.
13. Set up material dryers.
14. Load/Unload trailers of regrind, purge, rejects, etc.
15. Understand and comply with ORBIS ISO procedures, processes and work instruction.
16. Meet satisfactory attendance and performance by ORBIS Corporation standards.
17. Be actively involved in continuous improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW
activities.
18. Must perform other duties as assigned
