Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Team Lead - National Accounts Location: Ankeny, IA Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for our National Accounts team! The Team Lead serves as the primary customer service contact for LG& E National Accounts customers & distributors. This person will also be very active in driving the initiative to reduce both DSO and AR. What you will be doing: - Work an assigned portfolio of accounts and manage field relations - Initiates contact and follow-up with customer inquiries and disputes - Serves as a point of contact for outside distributors - Accountable for AR, DSO, agings, credits & bad debt performance on assigned accounts - Maintains positive customer relationships - Ensure all accounts GR than $50K have follow up noted on a weekly basis - Handle escalations from team members where accounts have stalled - Attending and leading conference calls with internal and external customers - Work independently with minimal supervision - Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager What makes you great: - High School Education/GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred - 3+ years customer service/office environment experience - 3+ years collections experience - Proficient in Excel, Word, JDE and OBIEE - Effective communication skills & organizational skills - Time management - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills Why you will enjoy working with us: Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
