Gypsum Concrete Laborer Kinzler Construction Services, of Ankeny is looking for a dependable Gypsum Concrete Laborer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is willing to travel to job sites in and around Iowa. We offer lots of overtime throughout the year and weekly pay. What You'll Do Load and transport materials and equipment to job sites Set up and prepare equipment for each project Prepare and pour floors for gypsum concrete underlayment Apply primer and seal cracks as needed Assist with pumping and placing gypsum concrete Maintain a safe and organized job site Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule What We're Looking For Dependable and hardworking Willingness to learn Willingness to travel for work Comfortable working in a construction environment Able to perform physically demanding work Able to work as part of a team Reliable transportation required Construction experience is a plus, but not required Benefits 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Paid Weekly Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
