Guardian Glass is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in DeWitt, IA!

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a talented team of skilled technicians, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. What You Will Do
  • Work with technicians to develop a set of responsibilities that are aligned with the vision of the facility based on the individuals' talents and virtues
  • Partner with the Maintenance Planners to ensure department priorities are appropriately carried out and assigned work orders are executed on time
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help employees recognize their strengths and weaknesses within their role in helping them succeed in the Organization
  • Generate an environment that seeks to challenge the employee to acquire and learn new knowledge that will help them to continuously improve
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure your activities do not interfere with the production team's goals
  • Maintain strong and open lines of communication with direct reports about the business and the company as a whole


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience implementing maintenance (preventive, predictive and reliability) concepts
  • Experience in cross function communication
  • Experience leading a team of Technicians


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
  • Previous trades work experience
