Description:

Understand business needs of PMO organization through discussions with business users and stakeholders; convert those needs into software requirements; work with software providers and/or developers. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions within an Agile framework, ensuring projects align with business goals and deliver value through collaboration and iterative development.

Manage various projects to implement PMO tools and systems.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Serve as the Project Manager, Scrum Master, and business analyst to drive the implementation of various tools and systems for the KOB1 PMO organization.
  • Investigate new functionality for applicability to solve the Fisher Project Management business needs.
  • Assist in the technical and commercial evaluation of business systems and tools, including working with stakeholders to review functionality, and estimating installation and ownership costs.
  • Gather, prepare, and help prioritize the functional requirement specifications.
  • Develop a training plan for users as appropriate in the functional/business process areas that will utilize the tools.
  • Apply Human Centered Design techniques to the development of tools.
  • Interact with key stakeholders, including implementation teams such as, Fisher IT, the Fusion team, Fisher First 2 team, and Emerson Enterprise IT.
  • This role will specialize in the area of Fisher Project Management Organization which manages large KOB1 project orders and associated processes. Understand the business needs and associated tool solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor Degree (4 year) – Software or Engineering preferred
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in a related business function, such as project manager or other key involvement in the implementation of IT tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
