At EFCO, we believe in helping those responsible for the construction of the world's concrete structures with a safe, reliable, and cost efficient concrete formwork solution. We do this by engineering, designing, manufacturing, supplying and field servicing formwork and elevated slab shoring systems for concrete construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist maintenance personnel in performance of their duties.
  • Operate material handling equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervision.
  • Record labor on work orders and timecard accurately.
  • Clean and organize shop daily.
  • Record labor accurately.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Perform quality audit process and update workorder with notes upon job completion.
  • Clean-up work area where work was performed.
  • Inspect and service cranes, forklifts, and other items needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety and environmental policies, procedures, preferred work methods, and actively participate in safety training and initiatives

  • EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Read Imperial and metric tape measures.
  • Must pass general mechanical aptitude test and demonstrate a basic understanding of mechanical processes.
  • Must be able to operate and perform upkeep duties on basic lawn care tools and machinery.
