Purpose

Generate profitable business through the sale and rental of EFCO forming systems by acting as a strategic consultant to customers and internal district sales teams. Build trust, assess needs, and deliver customized solutions that ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, successful project delivery, and long-term business growth.

Essential Functions

Customer Engagement and Sales Performance (40%)
Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders by understanding project needs and offering value-driven formwork solutions. Mentor and collaborate with local EFCO teams to present, negotiate, and close orders while ensuring timely collections. Consistently exceed sales targets by combining strategic thinking with a commitment to service excellence.

Solution Development and Project Execution (35%)
Partner with district teams to develop customized, cost-effective forming solutions. Prepare estimates, present compelling proposals, and respond to customer feedback with agility. Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to execution. Apply technical acumen and creativity to drive quality project outcomes.

Market Insight and Strategic Growth (15%)
Stay attuned to customer goals, construction trends, and market activity to identify new opportunities. Work proactively to expand EFCO's reach by introducing new products or services where applicable. Use organizational knowledge and sound judgment to align business development strategies with EFCO's values of Innovation, Integrity, and Quality.

Sales Funnel and Forecast Management (5%)

Maintain accurate and timely sales records in Salesforce, documenting key activities and pipeline metrics . Forecast monthly sales activity aligned with project and operational capacity .

Performance Measurement and Scorecard Compliance (5%)

Adhere to the EFCO 18 Scorecard, including both financial and competency-based performance indicators . Regularly review and assess progress to ensure alignment with company standards.

Additional duties may be assigned as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing to meet organizational goals and priorities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of construction sales experience required.
• Certification(s) and License(s): N/A
• Leadership: N/A
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in relevant sales, CRM, and productivity software; ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Other Requirements: Proven track record in sales performance (internal candidates: 2x EFCO Sales Contest winner within past 3 years preferred). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Creative and persuasive communicator with excellent listening skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and solutions focused. Able to maintain confidentiality and perform under pressure.

Physical Demands

Light: Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly. Even when weight lifted is negligible, a job is rated light when:
