Flow Path Lead to join our Sheet Finishing Department at Davenport Works Manufacturing Plant based in our
Davenport, IA location.

Job Summary: The Flow Path Lead will engage the resources within the department to meet ongoing departmental objectives. You will be accountable for results in Environment and Safety, Productivity, Customer Delivery, People Development, and Quality using Arconic Business Systems. The Flow Path Lead is accountable for a departmental flow of material orchestrated by a headcount of approximately 50 employees including production, maintenance, and salaried employees.
The Flow Path Lead reports to the Lead Area Manager and will be responsible of operations 24/7, taking calls off-shift as needed. The Flow Path Lead works daytime hours Monday through Friday between 7am-5pm.
Job Responsibilities and Duties: - Lead the Sheet Finishing flow path and operating systems for metal production. Partner with quality, supply chain management, marketing and sales team to ensure manufacturing systems are producing effectively and customer expectations are met.
- Lead problem solving activity to eliminate waste and ensure efficiency across the entire flow path.
- Ability to effectively respond to customer requests/concerns and work towards mutually beneficial solutions.
- Accountable for operational excellence in 88 ATL area manufacturing including delivering on performance and developing and managing ongoing performance metrics.
- Fully support Davenport Works EHS policies and programs by staying current on required training, being responsible for one's own safety, helping enforce safe work practices for the Automotive Area manufacturing flow path.
