The BUM enhances the value of their business area by developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans. They are fully accountable for the commercial performance of their therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with the IBVT strategy, and driving cross-functional collaboration for maximum business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and complete local brand plans aligned with IBVT strategies, incorporating customer insights.
  • Lead, handle, and develop Sales and Brand Managers to achieve business goals.
  • Drive business results through strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Build and handle relationships with external collaborators to find opportunities and threats.
  • Participate in co-creation of EMEA brand strategies where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, policies, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Academic degree or equivalent experience in natural sciences, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in comparable roles; 2 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
  • Leadership: Experience in developing teams and talent development preferred.
  • Skills: Strategic foresight, operational excellence, strong social skills, and eye for business.
  • Language: High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment and lead without authority.
