The Position

The Mission: Code the Future of Medicine

At Roche, we believe data is the most potent " drug" in our pipeline. We are building a Computational Sciences Center of Excellence (CoE) to bring together the pharmaceutical and diagnostics divisions. Our mission is to build a unified, global data ecosystem that allows scientists to discover life-changing treatments faster than ever before using our vast data lakes and leading AI solutions.

As part of the Solutions team, you aren' t just maintaining systems; you are a " Catalyst" . You will be part of a brand-new engineering hub in Welwyn, growing a greenfield platform from the ground up. We don’t just talk about modern tech; we build with it.

• AI-First Engineering: Utilizing LLMs and agents to automate scientific workflows.
