What will you do?
  • Performance Metrics Management

    KPI Framework Development: Design, implement, and optimize frameworks to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success.

    Data Tools Utilization: Leverage advanced tools such as Tableau, SQL, and PowerBI to extract meaningful insights and drive decision-making.

    Actionable Recommendations: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to product leaders to refine strategies and enhance product performance.

    Data Analysis and Insights

    Trend Identification: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential challenges impacting product outcomes.

    Stakeholder Reporting: Collaborate with data analysts to produce accurate, relevant performance reports for stakeholders.

    Strategic Decision Support: Present clear, concise data insights to inform strategic decisions and improve product outcomes.

    Influencing Business Processes

    Install Base Registration: Develop and implement processes to effectively capture and manage the install base through end-user and channel registrations, ensuring accurate data collection.

    Usage Pattern Insights: Embed analytical capabilities within the software to track and analyze usage patterns, providing actionable insights to improve product design and user experience.

    Policy Harmonization: Create and maintain policy documentation that aligns and harmonizes processes across the software portfolio, ensuring consistency and scalability.

    Community Building and Engagement

    User Community Facilitation: Build and nurture vibrant user communities, fostering strong connections between users and the product.

    Feedback and Best Practices: Organize and animate user groups, forums, and events to gather operational feedback and share best practices.

    Cross-Business Promotion: Drive product awareness and understanding across various business units to ensure alignment and adoption.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to product operations.

    Process Optimization: Act as a central point of contact to streamline communication and processes between departments, enhancing efficiency.

    Global Collaboration: Foster partnerships across Schneider Electric's global organization and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and success.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • • 5+ years in product operations, business analysis or a Bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related field.

    • Proven experience in designing and optimizing KPI frameworks to measure product success and performance.

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Tableau, SQL, PowerBI. Ability to extract and interpret actionable insights.

    • Strong business acumen to align business processes with strategic goals and product outcomes

    • Proven expertise to build and engage vibrant user communities, fostering collaboration and gathering feedback.

    • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills to work across product, marketing, and global teams.

    • Experience with process optimization, including install base management, usage pattern analysis.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.

    • Leadership capabilities to influence stakeholders, inspire teams, and drive alignment across global organizations.

    • Forward-thinking, innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skill to design and implement scalable solutions

    • Familiarity with building management systems, IoT, or software solutions in related industries is a plus.
