The candidate should have experience in partnering with business and various internal & external stakeholders to drive sustainable and profitable growth. Key areas of expertise should include month-end closing, MIS, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis & control, working capital management, accounts receivable, inventory management, and preparation & analysis of financial statements and variance analysis & reporting. Additionally, the candidate should support internal audits, statutory audits, and internal control. Strong working knowledge of ERP/SAP/HFM/DFL/BI/EPM & MS Office is required, along with excellent management skills. The ideal candidate will be agile, trustworthy, responsible, and have a strong sense of ownership, with experience managing multiple channel partner businesses.

Qualifications

Minimum 8-10 years in Business Finance & FP& A role is preferred with any professional degree in Finance & Accounts.
