Description:

Role Overview:
Lead advanced digital analytics for digital marketing channels. Own the NSS by leveraging data-driven insights, managing daily sentiment alerts, and delivering actionable reporting. Collaborate with Offer Managers, Support, and HR, and engage directly with customers to translate analytics into meaningful improvements in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyse Net Satisfaction score daily; investigate root causes of negative sentiment and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Continuously come up with ways to improve NSS by proactively sorting issues related to customer experience, Website, platforms or any other pain points
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports on website and digital marketing performance using advanced Excel, Salesforce, GA4, Demandbase, and other analytics tools
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, website journeys, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness to identify actionable trends and insights
  • Track and report on key digital KPIs: Marketing Influenced Pipeline, traffic sources, engagement, conversion rates, sentiment trends, and customer feedback loops
  • Collaborate with Offer Managers, Support, and HR to provide data-backed recommendations for customer experience improvements
  • Conduct customer outreach (calls/emails) to clarify issues, gather qualitative feedback, and validate analytics findings
  • Present findings and actionable insights to digital, marketing, and leadership teams, translating complex data into clear Marketing recommendations
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new analytics tools and best practices to enhance reporting and measurement capabilities
  • Document customer pain points and ensure feedback is routed to relevant teams
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights on performance, ROI, and optimization opportunities.
  • Leverage new age AI tools (as approved by Schneider Electric) to solve challenges
Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate Degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or Digital Marketing
  • 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, customer experience analytics, or digital marketing analytics
  • Proven expertise in advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data visualization), Salesforce, GA4, and Demand base (or similar platforms)
  • Strong track record of building and optimizing analytics dashboards and reports
  • Prior experience of working on Medallia will be a plus
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-centric, proactive, and comfortable with direct outreach
