Schneider Electric is hiring a DGM, Inclusion & Care in Gurgaon, HR. This is a full-time position.

Join us as a Senior Specialist, Inclusion and Care and help build a workplace where everyone belongs. You'll lead initiatives that embed diversity, equity, inclusion, well-being, and accessibility into our culture, processes, and behaviors-making a tangible difference every day.

What will you do?
  • Develop and execute inclusion and care strategies that align with organizational goals and drive cultural transformation
  • Create and deliver training programs that equip employees and managers to foster inclusive environments
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement accessible policies and inclusive processes
  • Use data and insights to measure program impact and refine strategies for continuous improvement
