DGM – Demand & Supply Planning

Join us as a Senior Specialist, Transactional Demand Planner and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain. You'll forecast demand, manage inventory strategically, and collaborate across teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What will you do?

• Develop accurate demand forecasts by analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer insights to optimize inventory
• Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align strategies and drive seamless execution
• Monitor inventory levels and key performance metrics to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
• Adjust forecasts proactively based on evolving market conditions and business intelligence

• Demand Planning - advanced level; creating accurate forecasts that balance inventory costs with service performance
• Collaboration - advanced level; aligning cross-functional teams to execute unified supply chain strategies
• Sales Inventory and Operations Planning - intermediate level; integrating sales and operations data to drive planning accuracy
• Supply Chain Planning & Design for OLM - intermediate level; optimizing order lifecycle management processes
• Customer Intelligence - intermediate level; leveraging market insights to refine demand assumptions
• Planning Tools - intermediate level; utilizing forecasting software to improve efficiency and precision
• Financial Literacy - intermediate level; understanding cost implications of inventory decisions
• Cultural Competence - intermediate level; working effectively across diverse teams and regions
