This internship, based in Hong Kong, will support the Schneider Electric Hong Kong Strategy and Sustainability team in various tasks, including sustainability-related initiatives, data management and reporting. Basic Information

• Language required: English, Cantonese Chinese
• Location: Hong Kong, SAR
• Reports to: Sustainability and Strategy Manager
• Expected duration: For the summer months, we would prefer a full-time arrangement. For the remainder of the year, we are open to a part-time schedule, with around 2 - 3 days per week

What will you do?

• Support the Strategy and Sustainability team in driving key initiatives aligned with Schneider Electric's sustainability goals
• Conduct research and analysis on sustainability-related topics, trends, and best practices
• Assist with data management, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams
• Contribute to internal reporting and communication efforts

• Background: We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines; however, candidates with a master's degree or an engineering background will be favorably considered
• Agile Learner: Quick to grasp new concepts, adaptable, and eager to explore new ideas
• Independent Thinker: Demonstrates the ability to think independently and approach problems with a critical and analytical mindset
• Insightful Analyst: Capable of absorbing and analyzing large volumes of information from diverse sources to distill key insights
• Collaborative Communicator: Able to work with diverse stakeholders and take initiative
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data tools is a plus
• Passionate about Sustainability: Interest or background in sustainability, energy, climate action and business strategy
