Description:

Major Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to sales reconciliation, incoming payments
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports interface
  • Identify discrepancies, investigate the causes of the discrepancies, and reconcile the accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Communicate with different departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare closing schedule, monthly report and analysis
  • Handle customer refunds according to the company policy and guideline
  • Verify the incoming payment received from different Mean of Payment timely
  • Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
  • Assists the department to establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting process and control procedures.
  • Recommends, develops and maintains financial data bases, computer software systems and filing systems
  • Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing group audit, statutory audit and tax reporting
  • Handle Ad Hoc duties
Requirements & Capabilities:
  • Bachelor or above in Accountancy or a related discipline
  • Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications) is preferable
  • At least 2 years or above relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Patient, detail oriented with meticulousness and accuracy, initiative & strong sense of responsibility
  • Sense of accounting concept, able to work independently, well-organized and good time management in a fast-paced environment to meet a tight deadline
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (familiar with excel) and accounting software, SAP experience is preferrable
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with immediate availability is highly preferred
