Job Description

Internship, a division of Hermes is hiring a Training Intern - Perfume & Beauty in Hong Kong SAR, HK. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
  • Support training logistics and administration to facilitate training & retail operations
  • Manage stock levels of training materials and operational grooming materials
  • Maintain inventory of in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Maintain updated curriculum database, training materials, schedules and records; generate reports for training analysis


Qualification:
  • Degree holder or above in related disciplines
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Passion for Fragrances, Cosmetics and for the Hermès Universe
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and relevant software tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to work full time on a 6 to 9 month intern contract
