The team is looking for their next Food & Beverage Coordinator to join their amazing Food & Beverage operations team!
The hourly pay rate for this role is: $24.00 per hour
Schedule Pattern: Full-Time, must be available to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- At least one year of clerical/administrative and customer service experience required.
- Previous experience in a food & beverage role is a plus!
A Food & Beverage coordinator will coordinate and implement Food & Beverage and Banquet department activities and projects as assigned. Provide clerical and office support and assistance to department management.
What will I be doing? - Coordinate projects and activities. This may involve attending meetings, taking notes and acting upon assigned duties to coordinate the assigned project.
- Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity.
- Route incoming mail, faxes, and packages.
- Answer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests.
- Writes correspondence on behalf of the department. Make copies, sends/distributes outgoing mail. Uses email system to deliver and accept emails.
- Greet internal and External customers when entering the department. Assists with a variety of requests.
- Maintains detailed filing system for the department.
