We are looking for a Tender Engineer to join our team in Gyöngyös and play a key role in supporting and growing the Canalis busway business across multiple regions.
Your MissionAs a Tender Engineer, you will strengthen collaboration between front offices, manufacturing plants and the Busway & Enclosure Business Unit. Your mission is to support the growth and promotion of the Canalis offer
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing tendering activities from RFQ analysis to complete offer documentation
- Preparing technical and commercial deliverables, including:
- System layouts
- Bills of materials
- Quotations
- BIM / Revit models
- Providing technical and business support to front offices
- Supporting customers and stakeholders through product trainings and tendering assistance
- Promoting the Canalis busway offer by clearly communicating its value and competitive advantages
- Acting as a key interface between business, engineering, and manufacturing teams

Education- Degree in Electrical Engineering
Skills & Experience- Fluent English
- French language knowledge is an advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Tendering
- Contract administration
- Customer support
- Business development
- Technical sales
- Ability to clearly articulate product benefits and competitive differentiators
- Strong technical mindset combined with financial understanding
Desirable:
- Experience with busway systems
- Knowledge of Canalis design tools (CanBRASS, CanCAD)
- Experience with BIM / Revit
