Your IMPACT & Mission:
  • You drive the commissioning and start-up of low-voltage power distribution systems across the full product portfolio, including switchboards such as OKKEN and Prisma and associated equipment (e.g. Masterpact, ATS, protection relays, power meters)
  • You take ownership of on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting, identifying root causes across quality, software, and operational conditions and resolving technical issues directly at customer sites
  • You ensure optimal system performance by evaluating installation and operating conditions, performing on-site adjustments, and delivering preventive and corrective maintenance for low-voltage systems
  • Your mission: In this role, you deliver expert on-site service for complex and critical low-voltage projects and ensure that our customers' systems are commissioned, maintained, and operated at the highest level of performance and reliability.


Your Mindset:
  • You bring strong hands-on expertise in low-voltage electrical systems and confidently apply your knowledge in commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance activities
  • You take ownership of your work in the field and operate with a high level of autonomy while aligning with Schneider Electric standards and safety guidelines
  • You think analytically, identify root causes, and solve complex technical problems based on data, system understanding, and structured evaluation
  • You collaborate effectively with service engineers, partners, and customers on site and ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer (e.g. customer basic training)
  • You stay flexible and reliable in an international environment and are comfortable with extensive travel and changing site conditions
  • Fluent English skills (min. B2) with the ability to communicate confidently in international and customer-facing environments

For this position, the starting annual salary is 70, 320 EUR per year and includes a variable component. It applies to candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
