As a Professional Legal Associate, you'll dive into a role that blends administrative skills with legal project management, all while working closely with the EMEA legal team (hybrid: on-site in Neuss and home office).

What will you do
Key Responsibilities
Admin Support:
• Craft and refine presentations and documents with your advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, ensuring high standards of accuracy
• Become the go-to organizer for training sessions, managing everything from invitations to creating supportive materials for the business and tracking attendance
• Optimize calendar management by utilizing tools like Loop to schedule, prioritize, and update meetings efficiently ensuring the team is always prepared and more efficient
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping our team updated with the latest Kenvue tools and tech innovations. Drive AI use cases for our team forward!
• Champion our digital organization by managing electronic files with precision and care
• Engage with the legal eBilling system and liaise with the global legal operations team
Legal Project Innovator:
• Take the lead or collaborate with Kenvue Legal and Compliance or other functions on legal projects that streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Your ideas matter here!
• Dive into legal research, gather insights, and help transform them into accessible know-how for the team and for the business
• Assist business colleagues with the use of our contract and other legal templates by identifying necessary amendments and assessing if a lawyer's review is required for contract modifications
• Develop a strong understanding of legal resources within the EMEA Law Department to make them more accessible
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 3 years of professional experience in an international environment, ideally with a business and/or legal background
• Legal background knowledge helps but more importantly you are interested in the topic and willing to learn, we will guide you through and give you what you need to develop your legal skills
• A strong communicator, ready to interact confidently with senior managers and team members across various departments and countries
• A collaborative spirit who thrives in a team setting but can also steer projects independently
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Eager to embrace new technologies, especially AI
• Flexibility and a proactive "can-do" attitude are your superpowers
• Experience navigating the complexities of a corporate matrix organization
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PPT
• Fluent in German and English
