Your day to day

The Marketing Executive works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to bring the Kimpton brand to life across all channels. The role combines creativity, strategy, and execution — from social media and PR coordination to graphic design and campaign development. You’ll be the driving force behind our brand storytelling and visual identity in the market.

Marketing:

  • Support the delivery of the annual commercial plan in close collaboration with the DOSM
  • Develop and activate strategic marketing partnerships that drive visibility and revenue
  • Manage the annual marketing plan, seasonal campaigns, and promotions across all channels

Public Relations & Communications:

  • Coordinate with the hotel’s PR agency to plan and implement media initiatives
  • Track media trends, draft story ideas, and support impactful campaigns and coverage

Social Media

  • Lead all hotel social media channels, from strategy to execution
  • Create and curate engaging content that reflects the Kimpton personality
  • Design visual assets and support photo and video shoots

What we are looking for

  • A creative mind with a strong eye for design and storytelling
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once
  • Flexibility and a proactive mindset – you can shift priorities quickly when things change
  • Hands-on experience in social media management and content creation
  • Solid understanding of lifestyle, travel, and hospitality marketing
  • A collaborative team player who takes ownership and gets things done

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in related field
  • 2 years of related experience in marketing
  • Deep knowledge in social media management
  • Lifestyle attitude and creative mind, always up to date
  • Good writing skills required
