Marketing Community Lead (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Community Building & Engagement: Develop and manage a global marketing community, driving collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement through initiatives like weekly calls, summits, and internal forums.
• Marketing Academy Development: Design and deliver a global Marketing Academy to upskill teams via tailored learning strategies, training programs, and performance tracking.
• Veeva Implementation Support: Support the global rollout of Veeva, providing marketing expertise, training, and best practices for effective adoption.
• Strategic Projects & Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to key marketing excellence projects, partner with cross-functional teams, drive change management, and monitor community success through reporting.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, community management, project management, or marketing excellence roles.
• Background in healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build and lead marketing communities or knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Experience organising global marketing events, webinars, or internal academies.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, international environment with cross-functional teams.
