We are looking for Manager Insurance Property Insurance Lines .The position is located in the Global Insurance function, part of the Global Finance Function.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Supports the Senior Director Property Insurance Lines in the day-to-day handling of the groups Property Damage & Business Interruption, Machinery Breakdown, Construction/ Erection All Risk and Marine / Cargo Insurance program including risk engineering activities and claims management.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Takexs responsibility for the Collection of risk information for the respective insurance lines incl. risk engineering and claims
• Global Insurance program administration, including policy issuance tracking and delivery, territorial analysis / premium allocations & remittances / query resolution
• Provide global subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders
• Promote and drive compliance with the global end-to-end process with internal and external stakeholders
• Data input and coordination of global knowledge, workflow, network communication & program administration tools
• First contact for the colleagues in foreign countries, Troubleshooting

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred) in general business administration, and experience in handling global insurance programs for global organizations.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 3+ years of professional experience within Property or Engineering insurances
• Sound technical knowledge of global insurance programs
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and to handle multiple priorities
• Great teammate in the framework of a small team as well as in an international, multi-cultural and cross-functional context
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
• Fluent in German and English
