Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a Quality Manager for their client in Hamburg, Germany. Start of the project is in September and the estimated project duration is 6-12 months.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the execution of Field Quality Plans (including cable routing, switchgear installation, cable laying, and cable connections)
• Coordinate and participate in site inspections with both the client and the end customer
• Work closely with site managers and supervisors to ensure quality control and timely scheduling of inspections
• Monitor and ensure compliance with technical standards and project specifications
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting related to quality processes

Requirements:

• Suitable educational background in Electrical engineering
• Several years of experience in Quality Management in large-scale industrial plant construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic project environment
• English and German language skills
